  1. We would like to propose that the option to dissolve to HOA be added.

We would also like to suggest getting rid of the landscape deposit. With the fines in place there is no reason to have a deposit required. We think that people interested in building here might be dissuaded by the additional costs.

Another suggestion we have is to either remove the landscaping and wall timetable, or to move it back to maybe 5 years? We feel that it is too much of a financial burden to get all those things done in the first couple years.

  2. • Section IX 2 a. Does this mean that I can’t have more than one lot and only put one house on it? And all around me have garden, trees, etc? If so I would like to change that.
    • No construction time frame
    • Don’t want to submit plans for anything other than a house
    • No landscape deposit
    • No fines for not landscaping in a certain amount of time
    • No landscaping or fence time limit. When it is done it needs to be done as specified
    • No liens on lots for not paying weed removal on lots. Don’t want to bill and enforce weed removal on empty lots.
    • Have an option to dissolve the HOA
